Thin Film Platinum RTD Elements according to DIN EN 60751

The thin film technology involves depositing a thin layer of platinum onto a substrate, typically a ceramic material. This thin film is then used as the sensing element for temperature measurement. Thin film RTDs often offer advantages such as fast response times, stability, and suitability for applications where space is limited


Thin Film RTD, (Platinum Resistor or Platinum Temperature Detector) are characterized by high stability, interchangeability, low cost and fast response time due to their small size and low weight. When installed in an mi-cable, they also provide excellent vibration resistance. 

Working temperature range -70…+600 °C.
